We’re working with a successful and growing research agency who work with some of the biggest consumer brands around, including Kraft Heinz, Jaguar, McDonalds, Etihad & Ella’s Kitchen. They have offices in London, Boston, New York, San Francisco and Tokyo and are owned by a global media company, so roles here come with those perks and stability. The London team are 115 people, 75 of which are researchers. They are grounded in qual (although do some quant too!) and have their own online community platform. They partner with a brand consultancy too, meaning they work on interesting brand work, as well as Ux & customer experience.
They are looking to hire Qual or mixed methods Associate Directors due to growth and new work coming in. Recent projects include customer inspired product innovation for Kraft Heinz, redefining luxury at 30,000 for Etihad and clothing sustainability for H&M. They’re building their sustainability portfolio and put a focus on Diversity & Inclusion, with their team speaking 14 languages in total!
They invest heavily in their company culture. We visited their offices this week and it genuinely shines through, they have daily food/drink allowances in their shared canteen, weekly recognition shout outs for the team and external trainers to introduce new methodologies & inclusivity initiatives. They make sure their employees aren’t overworked, so researchers will only be working with 3 clients a time at most and no one is expected to work over hours.
