The Client:
As one of the UK’s largest food businesses, you will be surrounded by some of the most iconic British food brands around. They have over 4,000 employees operating from 15 sites across the country, supplying a range of retail, wholesale, foodservice and other customers with their brands which feature in millions of homes every day. They identify and develop insight-driven new product innovation, and bring it to market with compelling marketing and outstanding in-store execution.
The Role:
This role is a Senior Insight Manager position where you will lead 2 of the most recognised brands in the ‘sweet treats’ category. The role is heavy on innovation and you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the business understands what consumers value in order to meet expectations and continue to be a leader in the category. You’ll sit within the Brand team but work in tandem with the broader insights team to guide strategy and cover a whole range of project types.
These will include (but not be limited to!!) brand positioning & strategy, product development, innovation, U&A’s, packaging development….essentially you will use your expertise to inform best practice and create strategic and actionable insights. You will gain excellent client exposure and manage senior stakeholders.
