Senior Quantitative Researcher – Full Time

Salary: up to £337/day (PAYE) or £385/day (Limited company)

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher to lead large-scale data projects and uncover cultural and consumer trends. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a brilliant team on impactful research for global brands like Nike, Google, and Lego.
About the Role
As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you’ll take charge of innovative research and analysis across consultancy projects and their insights library. Your expertise in survey design, data analysis, and cultural trends will be key to delivering high-quality insights that inspire major organisations. Day-to-day, you’ll manage end-to-end survey projects, analyse behavioural patterns, and present findings in compelling formats. This is will a small company which is able to hire Limited company contractors outside of IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale data insights and analysis projects
- Design and manage quantitative research and survey projects
- Identify trends in consumer behaviour and cultural shifts
- Collaborate across editorial and consultancy teams to produce actionable insights
- Use tools like Excel, SPSS, and social listening platforms to analyse data
- Present findings in clear, engaging formats for clients
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative research
- Proficiency with survey tools (Alchemer, Qualtrics) and data analysis software (SPSS, Excel)
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex research phases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights
- A passion for cultural analysis, consumer behaviour, and trend forecasting
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong organisational skills
Preferred
- Experience with qualitative research or mixed-method projects
- Ability to spot patterns and trends across industries
