We’re looking for a Client-facing Quantitative Senior Research Executive or Research Manager to join a very successful reputation insight-advisory firm. The role involves supporting their central London office and will involve working with big brands such as BMW, Lego, Tesla, Coca-cola and Emirates Airways plus more!

The Client:
This research consultancy are a global leader within the reputation space, they build credibility for business leaders at some of the world’s largest companies by delivering data-driven insights about how they are truly perceived. The London team are around 30 people in total and they have a very international, diverse office. They also have offices in the US and Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Finland.

The role:
There is a focus on “advisory” so consulting with clients and making strategic recommendations through quantitative research. 95% of what they do is quant, they also run a small amount of qual research for some long-standing clients. They are really looking for someone with a client-facing personality and skillset. The role will be fairly hands-off in designing quant studies (they have a project management team who help with all of the ops, scripting, survey design etc) so researchers can focus on consulting with clients, analysing data and presenting insights.

They’re looking for someone who has the ability to handle data and a general level of comfort with data, someone able to spot insights and trends in the data and turn them into stories for clients. Within this role, you’ll work across different accounts so you’ll have lots of variety.

Skills:

  • Up to 2 years of experience within market research, strategy, market insights or branding/communication.
  • Proven expertise and comfort in turning data into an insightful story.
  • An appreciation for the importance of corporate reputation, communications, and branding in influencing marketplace performance and risk management
  • Work experience with media, communications, support/customer success, or consulting highly desirable
  • A strong team-player with a positive “can-do” attitude and ability to operate in a fast moving environment
  • Language skills are desirable
