We’re looking for a Director to join a leading market intelligence and research business focussed on the financial services sector.
THEM:
They’re a team of about 50 and growing, they’re also part of a wider insight group who are 150 people strong. They develop over 50 bespoke annual and competitor market reports across 50+ markets worldwide and have also developed an insights platform that clients can use as a trusted source of data and insight.
They have a team of researchers and analysts who are conducting both primary and secondary research to help build comprehensive reports clients and dashboards for clients. They also have an ad hoc consulting research offering for clients. Some of their clients include brands such as American Express, Bain Capital, Barclays Bank, BT, Global Payments Europe, Lloyds, Marks & Spencer, Paypal, Visa, Wirecard and a whole lot more!
They have a non-corporate culture, it’s a very friendly and family feel sort of environment, they have a good work-life balance, with a very high staff retention rate and most of the senior leadership team are “home grown” too.
THE ROLE:
As a Director, you’ll have responsibility for driving and expanding new and existing client engagements. You will be leveraging excellent client relationship and consulting skills, developed over several (10+) years of experience in the research and consulting sector.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to build and manage senior client relationships, identify and suggest appropriate solutions to core client needs, lead workstreams, motivate colleagues, drive revenue growth and promote operational efficiency. Given the company’s focus on data and research, and the consulting priority of this role, strong quantitative and communication skills are important.
SKILLS:
10 + years experience in consulting, market intelligence or market research
A strong knowledge of quantitative research
Exceptional client-facing skills
Experience in the financial services sector.
