We are looking for a cultural strategy lead to join an growth and innovation consultancy and work with some amazing brands on uncovering insights that will impact the positioning of entire brands.

Unlike many other cultural strategy roles, this one works in an organisation where brands and products come to life. This means bigger budgets, high level stakeholder budgets and a genuine interest in doing game changing cultural work that feeds into strategy that is managed in house. It’s your chance to make sure what you find is implemented.

They currently do a really decent amount of cultural strategy work but are looking for someone to help take that to the next level with new thinking.

This can be anything from ethnographic work for world leading beverage businesses to semiotic analysis for the biggest names in US fashion, to fan experience in Serie A every project takes into account the unique needs of that brand to really get under the skin of their consumers now and in the future.

The role helps brands connect with their cultural worlds.

You’ll help lead and develop cultural strategy techniques as the most senior practitioner in the team. You’ll spot opportunities with current innovation and brand clients by understanding their needs. You’ll also manage a bright team of cultural specialists.

Core requirements:
– 6+ years of experience in cultural insight/ cultural strategy
– Drive to explore new techniques and implement them
– Spot opportunities for clients and help grow key accounts
