Omnibus Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)
Location: London, City of London (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month, Maternity Cover
Salary: Up to £50k + great benefits. Part time 4 days a week is also an option.
The Role
Are you a quantitative research specialist looking to step up and lead impactful projects within a thriving, award-winning research consultancy? We’re seeking an Omnibus Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract.
You’ll oversee the entire research process, from project design and questionnaire development to data delivery and analysis, working with a range of diverse clients across public and private sectors.
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering strategic insights that shape industry trends and influence high-profile decisions. You’ll mentor and guide team members, engage with stakeholders to expand the Omnibus offering, and support the promotion of Omnibus services.
Clients include National Grid, Home Office, Cancer Research UK, Network Rail, Gen Digital, Welcome Hotels, Nationwide, EE, Gambling Commission, Radley handbags, Total Fitness…. And the list goes on!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver Omnibus research projects on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Design and refine questionnaires to meet client needs and expectations.
- Analyze research outcomes, translating data into actionable insights.
- Lead client communications, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth and promotion of Omnibus services, attending internal and external meetings.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Omnibus Manager or Senior Research Executive/Research Manager
- Strong quantitative research expertise, with experience designing and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience with online Omnibus projects and working knowledge of market trends.
- Passionate about data-driven insights and storytelling.
