About the Role
Are you a seasoned Quantitative Project/Programme Manager ready to lead complex research projects? We’re looking for someone to join our client team, managing multiple data-heavy workstreams and client communications. You’ll ensure smooth project execution without being responsible for producing the research outputs—that’s handled by our internal team. This role gives you the independence to shape processes, resolve bottlenecks, and help researchers focus on insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee client research projects, ensuring efficient delivery of scripting, data processing, and reporting.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for the client, managing feedback and updates across workstreams.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, assign tasks, and maintain project timelines.
- Scripting & Fieldwork: Take charge of scripting and fieldwork processes, working closely with the Yonder Data Solutions team.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project finances, including budgeting, billing, and profitability.
- Workstream Coordination: Ensure efficient resource allocation and project schedules.
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct task audits and ensure all documentation is compliant with client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in project/programme management, ideally in quantitative research.
- Proven success in handling complex projects and managing highly engaged clients.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Experience with financial management and project automation tools.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role.
- Immediate start.
Perks & Benefits
- 25 days holiday (plus your birthday off!).
- 5% employer pension contribution.
- Life assurance and income protection.
- Flexible working hours, with early finishes on Fridays.
