We’re looking for a research director to drive business growth and lead groundbreaking healthcare research for a leading global research firm. You’ll work with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology companies, ensuring their product strategies and development plans are backed by cutting-edge insights.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, leading complex studies that directly impact products and brands in development. You’ll work on end-to-end research projects, design innovative studies, and mentor a talented team.
YOUR IMPACT
– Lead revenue and profit growth through key client partnerships
– Develop and pitch innovative, winning proposals
– Deliver high-quality research from project set-up to execution
– Collaborate with internal experts to ensure best-in-class research
– Coach and mentor the team to build internal capabilities
– Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
– Strong experience leading healthcare research, particularly for pharmaceuticals or vaccines
– Proven track record of building lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor
– Expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative research techniques
– Experience managing teams and growing client accounts
– Knowledge of innovative methods like AI or social intelligence analytics is a plus
