Job Title – Research Manager (also open to Senior Research Executives)
Salary – £35k-55k (depending on level)
Location – Remote (London once a month/quarter)
We are looking for a Research Manager for a client whose mission is to help companies better understand their customers like never before. Due to growth the client is looking for a new driven and motivated mixed methods researcher. The client works a remote model with employees expected to come into the office once a month or once a quarter.
The client projects range from trackers to ad hoc! No two days are the same and lots of the work is fast moving with some projects being turned around in days. Clients you will work with also vary from B2B and B2C with certain clients being brands within sportswear, gaming and finance to name a few.
You will be responsible for undertaking and delivering a wide range of research projects. You’ll bring your research, analytical, design and reporting expertise to the team, drawing upon a strong combination of both qualitative and quantitative experience. The successful applicant will have good commercial skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering value to customers.
While managing research projects and client relationships, you’ll also lead the design of qualitative fieldwork (such as depth interviewing and involvement in ethnographic research) and quantitative fieldwork (such as survey studies, data analysis, data visualisation) and support presentation design and delivery.
Essential Experience
• Experience of delivering research projects
• Ability to present, explain and interpret data or analysis to non-technical audiences
• Research design, such as devising interview and focus group topic guides, questionnaires, surveys and evaluation frameworks
