• Central London based, 2-3 days in the office
• Research Executive to Senior Research executive level (PM) role
• Salary range £30-40k + 10% bonus
• Quant project management and survey design experience required

We’re looking for a Research Executive to join a multinational professional services consultancy. They are a worldwide business with offices around the globe. This role is within the Property and Consulting group which is one of their many divisions.

The Research Executive role is a hybrid of research and operations. The role involves questionnaire design but also operational aspects of projects, reviewing questionnaires, managing fieldwork, survey scripting some QAing etc. The team are 20 people in the UK and produce about 250 surveys a year. In addition to survey data, they also look at demographics, spend, catchment data, mobile location data, social media and run focus groups.

They help them with location intelligence, surveying consumers to find out about their attitudes and behaviours to their movement between locations and their propensity to spend. They know exactly how they work, live and play, and they can show the impact on places, properties and developments. Their goal is to help businesses choose the correct locations and help them plan, design and develop to maximise the opportunity.

They are looking for:

• Market research experience
• Experience managing fieldwork
• Designing and scripting surveys
• Qaing & client management
