We are working with a company focused on enhancing the quality of life for residents in rented homes, particularly in the social housing sector. They utilise a data-driven approach to provide social housing providers with real-time insights and tools that help manage properties more effectively.

In this role you’ll be developing their research offering across the social housing sector, working with senior stakeholders from Academia to C-Level executives, delivering thought leadership at sector events to help raise their visibility in the market.

Experience across a wide range of methodologies is needed alongside in-depth knowledge and expertise in the housing sector from the perspective of real people, those who have lived experienced in social housing. They will expose you to a diverse number of projects, not only developing yourself as a researcher, but leading to an extremely varied and rewarding role.

Their office is based in London but the role does offer remote first working. You must be based in the UK however for quarterly meetings.
