Most quantitative candidates we speak to want to grow their strategic experience and move up the value chain.
This role is that opportunity for a quantitative researcher to work for a brand and innovation consultancy. They are fairly unique in consulting as they believe in an insight first approach, keeping the customer at the core of the solution.
They work on a range of brand positioning, business change (i.e. go-to-market strategy as well as business and category analytics), experience design (customer journey, UX etc) and product and service innovation across all consumer sectors (Tech, Retail, Fashion, Healthcare, Financial Services).
You’ll grow your skills by being the quantitative strategist, being involved in the entire process until implementation, working with in-house strategists and designers to achieve the best solutions for clients.
Because of their line of work, questions are incredibly broad, giving you a huge amount of creative freedom on solutions. So the more ad hoc experience the better. Any experience with segmentations and advanced techniques like maxdiff and conjoint are beneficial.

Requirements
- Quantitative research agency experience or quant experience in a media agency or consultancy environment
- Ad hoc experience, writing questionnaires
- Ability to help solve complex quantitative problems by understanding the client’s strategic goals
