We are working with a strategic brand consultancy that specialises in customer and employee experience. They help companies define and align their experience, ensuring everything is founded in research and insight. They are part of an award-winning family of communications consultancies that deliver creative campaigns that connect audiences with brands.
They conduct research and directly influence the strategy and customer and colleague experience of clients. They work with big leisure brands such as Alton Towers, LEGO, Greene King & David Lloyd to help them create brilliant customer experiences by aligning everything they do to their brand.
Their research creates the insights needed to help the brands excel in more than just marketing & names, you’ll genuinely have an impact on how consumers perceive them! Some recent projects have been working with social housing charities and Yorkshire Cancer Trust, mostly CX with some Ad & Concept Testing.
Due to continued success in bringing in new projects, they are now in need of a mixed methods or qual Senior Researcher (SRE / Research Manager level) to join the team in Manchester. They are looking for someone with experience across a number of qualitative methodologies such as focus groups, depth interviews, online communities etc.
This role will give you the opportunity to grow within the company and really make your mark. If running your own team one day is important to you, they will support this, if not they will bring someone in to do it instead so you really can form your own career path within the company.
