We are working with a growing research and insight consultancy who are looking for an experienced researcher to join the team. Working with an exciting portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors, you’ll lead qualitative and quantitative research projects, manage client relationships and turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive better business decisions. With a focus on innovative research approaches and delivering insight that goes beyond the numbers, this is a great opportunity to develop your expertise, take ownership of diverse projects and contribute to an evolving research environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead research projects from initial brief through to delivery, analysis and reporting.
- Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day account activity.
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research
- Analyse data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to develop client relationships and support business growth.
About you
- Experience in market research, customer insight or a similar role.
- Experience managing research projects, ad hoc briefs and brand tracking.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Confident analysing data and presenting findings.
- Excellent communication, report writing and client management skills.
