Associate Director – Pharma

We’re working with a boutique and independent agency (of about 50 people), who are looking for an Associate Director to join the business. They have specialist teams spanning Pharma, Automotive, Retail, Digital Entertainment and Tech. They’re hiring a number of levels in their Pharma team, who are the newest yet most successful team in the whole business.

The Details:

• Qual or mixed methods Associate Director
• MUST HAVE – Market Research Agency experience within the Pharma sector
• Almost fully remote if needed! (There is an office if that’s preferred)
• £50,000 – £70,000

What makes them stand out is their ambition to break the mould and use new, innovative techniques on all of their projects. You’ll be working on a real variety like brand positioning, comms strategy and NPD strategy and forecasting across therapy areas. They combine qualitative, quantitative and advanced analytics seamlessly within teams too.

They are incredibly flexible on days in the office (you can go in as much or as little as you like!) which gives you a brilliant work life balance. They are also very good at giving generous pay rises and bonuses on top of that – in the teams 13 years of existence, it has been paid every single year due to how well they smash their targets.
