We are working with an insight, strategy and design studio who are looking for a Quantitative Director to join their team. They do some really interesting work to unpack culturally complex topics and societal challenges. As a business they take inspiration from human centred design, behavioural science and documentary methods. They work with clients such as Save The Children, Human Dignity Trust, Movember, WaterAid and commercial clients like Apple and Instagram. This role will be working with their flagship tech clients as well as some of their non for profit partners.
This is a rare quant role where you’d work purely on bespoke pieces. It is a really interesting mix of commercial and purpose based work. It is working with big tech companies predominantly but also a chance to work with charitable organisations as well as with international organisations on their corporate sustainability and inclusion work too.
They’re looking for
- Experience designing and delivering quantitative research
- Flair for working on culturally focused, exploratory briefs, tackling complex questions
- Team and client management experience
The role is working as the quant specialist of the team and manage some of the larger projects they do, being the day to day contact between directors and juniors and the key person bridging the gap between qual and quant.
