Senior Research Executive (Quant)

💰 £35–40k
📍 London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

I’m working with a fast-paced international insights agency that’s looking to hire a Senior Research Executive to join their growing research team in London.
The business sits within a wider content and communications group, combining research, PR, design and media production to deliver insight-led campaigns and data-driven stories. Their work often focuses on generating research that is both commercially valuable and media-ready.
They run international projects using their own online panels, delivering research across sectors including travel, financial services, public sector and consumer brands.
The RoleThis role has opened due to a recent departure in the research team and will sit within a small but collaborative group of researchers.
The work is primarily online quantitative research, with a strong focus on B2B studies.

Most projects run on quick turnaround timelines (a few days to a week), so this role would suit someone who enjoys working at pace. Alongside this, the successful candidate will also get involved in larger, more complex projects, requiring deeper analysis and more creative approaches to insight generation.
You’ll be working closely with a Research Director, helping shape projects and ensure the insights delivered are both engaging and strategically valuable.

Responsibilities include:
• Designing and running online quantitative surveys
• Applying quotas and managing sampling
• Conducting statistical analysis and interpreting data
• Managing projects end-to-end
• Working closely with senior researchers on project design and analysis
• Delivering clear, engaging insights that answer client briefs
This is a role where creative thinking and analytical rigour both matter — the team prides itself on producing insights that stand out.

What they’re looking for
• ~2+ years’ experience in market research
• Strong quantitative survey experience
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Confidence managing projects and deadlines
• Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for research

Someone who enjoys fast-paced agency environments and solving interesting research challenges will do particularly well here.

The CultureThis is a friendly, supportive research team led by experienced leadership who are passionate about the work they produce.
The wider business is collaborative and creative, with research working closely alongside PR, media and content teams to turn insights into impactful outputs.
If this sounds interesting, feel free to drop me a message or send your CV across.
