About the Role
In this role, you will take the lead on large-scale data insight projects, from designing surveys to managing research and data analysis. Working across editorial and consultancy projects, you’ll explore diverse topics—from the psychology of social media habits to shifts in consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in quantitative research, survey design, and trend analysis, helping to drive innovative research initiatives for some of the world’s leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale data insights and research projects
  • Design and manage quantitative surveys from start to finish
  • Analyse datasets to uncover significant trends and cultural shifts
  • Present findings in clear, engaging formats for internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate across editorial and consultancy teams to integrate insights into broader strategic projects
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Use tools like Excel, SPSS, and survey software (Qualtrics, Alchemer) to conduct data analysis

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative research
  • Strong expertise in survey design and data analysis
  • Proficiency with tools like SPSS, Excel, and ideally a programming language
  • Commercial awareness to translate data into actionable insights for clients
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage complex research phases
  • A natural curiosity for trends, culture, and consumer behaviour
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for varied audiences
  • Experience in client management and working with internal teams
  • Experience with qualitative research or mixed-method projects is a plus
