Terms and Conditions
Referred candidates must not already be on the Elizabeth Norman International database and will only apply to referred candidates who are placed in a permanent role within six months from the date of the initial introduction.
To be eligible for the scheme, referrals must be submitted through the refer a friend page on the Elizabeth Norman International website. To receive the referral bonus referred candidates have to pass their probation period.
It is your obligation to declare such sums to the relevant income tax jurisdiction in your country.
For international (outside of the UK) referrals and payments, we will use an online money transfer service to pay the bonus. For payments to non-UK accounts, the bonus will be £250 gross minus any transfer fees we incur.
This scheme is not open to employees, families or anyone professionally involved with Elizabeth Norman International.
You do not have to be registered with Elizabeth Norman International to make a referral. There is no alternative incentive available.
Elizabeth Norman International reserves the right to withdraw the Referral Scheme at any time.
