The Client:
The role is at one of the most renowned research agencies in the world. They’re a team of about 200 people in healthcare across Market Access & Health Economics, Strategy and Advisory, Analytics and Modelling, Custom, Syndicated and Ux/ Experience Design.

They are incredibly stable and your career path is in your hands, they have two teams – one where you can specialise in specific therapy areas and another where you can work across general medicine. The team has different strengths at a director level as well. Some focus on the people side, others on business development and commercials, project resourcing etc. A brilliantly run team.

The Role:
They are now looking to bring in another Research Director due to growth – the gap is someone who has experience across quant or mixed methods to help drive teams and projects through excellent research. You’ll have significant contribution in terms of revenue and profit from new and existing clients and become their trusted advisor.

The team work across a range of different methods such as patient journey & satisfaction surveys, customer segmentations, patient focus groups & IDI’s and brand positioning so really varied.
