Senior Research Manager | Healthcare
London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office) | £40,000 – £50,000

We’re looking for an experienced (Senior) Research Manager to lead bespoke research projects across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, working with major Pharma and Biotech clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and contribute to complex research projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
- Oversee project logistics: liaise with suppliers, keep the team updated, and maintain seamless communication.
- Design key project materials, including screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides, with minimal senior input.
- Lead client meetings on smaller projects, presenting debriefs and engaging confidently with stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality analysis and outputs with minimal senior guidance.
- Proactively anticipate project challenges and provide solutions to potential problems.
- Refine proposal writing skills and start managing junior team members.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in leading research logistics and contributing to complex projects.
- Knowledge of a wide range of qual and quant research methodologies.
- Proactive, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Confident in client interaction, with a track record of presenting and running client meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Eager to grow, mentor junior team members, and build long-term client relationships.
