We’re working with a mid-sized, mixed-methods agency on an exciting opportunity to step in as Associate Director for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is central to their qualitative or mixed methods research offering, working on meaningful projects across areas like environmental policy, housing, polling, levelling up, digital wellbeing / online harms and criminal justice.

Your role will include overseeing projects, shaping methodologies, and helping craft standout proposals for new opportunities.

With at least 5 years of experience in qualitative research, you’ll be confident managing clients, delivering impactful insights, and guiding teams to excel. If you’re looking for a collaborative role where you can make a real impact over the next year, this could be for you.
