Director, Behavioural & Communications Team
Location: London (2 days per week)
Salary: £75-85k

About the Role

  • As a Director in the Behavioural & Communications team, you’ll:
  • Lead major client accounts across UK Government, providing trusted strategic counsel.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based research, including campaign evaluation &creative development
  • Oversee project design, execution, and outputs, championing innovation and excellence.
  • Manage relationships with senior clients, agencies, and partners, driving impactful collaborations.
  • Support the leadership of the Behavioural & Communications offer, helping shape team strategy and growth.

What you’ll need

  • Expertise in quantitative research methods
  • Experience with communications research
  • Experience working directly with public sector organisations or in adjacent areas such as local government, utilities, transport etc
  • Strong commercial acumen to drive account growth and financial performance.
  • Exceptional people management skills to mentor and develop team members.
  • A strategic mindset to innovate and enhance our research capabilities.
