Quantitative Research Manager

Location: London twice per week
Salary: up to £48k

Are you passionate about the healthcare sector and excited to deliver impactful research that informs key decisions? We’re looking for a Research Manager (or top end SRE) with quantitative experience to join one of the industries best healthcare teams
About the Role
As a Research Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of quantitative research projects, from design to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to design innovative studies that address their business challenges.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Build trusted client relationships through strong delivery and partnership.

About the team
Within the specialist healthcare unit within a top-tier research agency, covering everything from general medicine to rare diseases, vaccines, and medical devices. With a global presence in 90 markets, theybring together the brightest minds in research, methodology, and analytics to deliver insights that make a real-world difference.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for healthcare and a strong interest in working across diseases and pharmaceutical brands.
  • Experience in quantitative research (some qualitative experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with the principles of ad-hoc research and designing studies to meet client needs.
  • A proactive approach to developing client relationships through exceptional delivery.
  • An ability to thrive on complex briefs, turning them into engaging, impactful results.
