We’re looking for a curious and confident Senior Insight Analyst to help drive better spending decisions across the healthcare sector. You’ll lead on analytics, mentor junior team members, and shape impactful reports for over 130 NHS organisations. It’s data with real-world purpose.

Senior Commercial Analyst/ Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Senior Procurmennt Analyst | £55,000–£70,000 + bonus | Remote (monthly London meetings)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead on analytics projects to uncover trends in hospital spending
  • Develop insightful reports and data tools that guide decision-making
  • Engage directly with NHS clients—presenting, advising, and supporting
  • Mentor junior analysts and take the lead on improving outputs
  • Help automate and evolve how insights are delivered

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in a senior analyst role, ideally with large/complex datasets
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—consulting experience is a plus
  • Confident presenting insights to clients or internal teams
  • Comfortable leading, coaching, and working independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus if you’ve worked with procurement or health data before!
