We are working with a well-known research agency who are looking for an experienced Researcher to join the team. They’re a full-service agency and are known for their mixed methods and innovative research.
Role: Associate Director to Research Director level
Specialism: Mixed Methods Research
Location: Leeds, hybrid

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver blended quant and qual projects, ensuring top-tier quality, on-time delivery, and within budget.
- Transform data into meaningful insights that shape client strategies using a consultative approach.
- Be the face of the agency to clients, confidently representing the brand with a collaborative and creative style.
- Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, helping them make data-driven decisions.
- Play a key role in shaping, pitching, and winning new business, driving growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- Expertise in quantitative research with a solid understanding of qualitative methods.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Ability to lead and deliver commercially impactful insights.
- A hands-on attitude – you’ll lead by doing, not just directing.
