This role is with a hugely successful and well-established UK research consultancy who are looking to expand their global offering further.

A unique opportunity to shape and lead a growing office with a significant client list including; FCDO, Home Office, Cabinet Office, the British Council, the EU’s Horizon Europe Programme.

We are seeking a Director to play a key role in growing their Brussels office.

With senior support from the UK office, you will act as ‘one team’, leading international research projects, driving business development and delivering high-impact insights for key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with the CEO and Partners.
  • Drive new business development, securing and delivering research proposals.
  • Oversee the monitoring of tender platforms and upcoming opportunities for proposals for ad-hoc research studies and call-off contracts/framework agreements.
  • As the business grows, you will help lead expansion for the office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conducting research studies for international organisations (EU institutions, particularly the European Commission, UN agencies, or similar)
  • Expertise in multi-country research projects, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong business development and leadership skills, with the ability to build and grow teams.

Details:
Location: Brussels, Belgium. Flexible and hybrid working

Regular travel to UK office expected for collaboration.
