ENI worked with Close Brothers to find a Senior Insight Executive to join their growing Retail Insight team. We worked with the Head of Insight and their Talent Acquisition Business Partner to fully understand the team structure, the vision, role and responsibilities and key selling points. As a result of a previous search and candidate networking, we had a very strong candidate in mind straight away. They were working agency side with relevant sector experience. They were a little bit more junior than Close Brothers would have liked, but from our conversation with the candidate, we could see his passion and enthusiasm, meaning Close Brothers we’re keen to meet him and explore further.
ENI managed the process end-to-end (including successfully managing a counteroffer), ensuring all parties had transparency across interviews, detail of the role/skills and what to expect at each stage. This resulted in a successful hire with everyone happy all round.
