The client  

Indico Labs exists to empower researchers with innovative data visualization software and services. Founded in 2017 by experienced Market Researchers. Indico Labs is a data-visualization and PowerPoint automation platform designed to enable researchers to extract key insights easily and efficiently from tabulated data. 

The challenge 

ENI worked with Indico Labs to find a Business Development Manager. Our clients biggest challenge was finding someone witch a combination of software selling experience to market research agencies.  

We worked with the CSO to fully understand the role, client need and skill set required to excel in this role. 

The outcome 

ENI managed the process end-to-end, ensuring all parties had transparency across interviews, detail of the role/skills and what to expect at each stage. This resulted in a successful hire with everyone happy all round.
