Assistant Panel Manager
💰 £40–45k
📍 Hybrid (London)
I’m working with a well-established international insights business that’s looking to bring in an Assistant Panel Manager to support the running and growth of their global research panels.
The company sits within a wider content and communications group, combining research, PR, design and media production to generate insight-led stories and campaigns. Their research is often designed to produce data-driven content that captures headlines and drives conversation.
They run large-scale international online panels, with a particular focus on the UK and US markets, delivering research across a wide range of sectors including travel, financial services and public sector.
The Role
This role will sit within the panel operations team, supporting the Panel Manager in maintaining and growing high-quality research panels used for both quantitative and qualitative studies.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring panels are healthy, engaged and delivering high-quality sample across international projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing sample requests and feasibility quotes
• Monitoring panel health and engagement
• Communicating with panel members and resolving issues
• Managing incentives and reward fulfilment
• Supporting panel recruitment and growth initiatives
• Monitoring fraud detection and response quality
This role offers strong exposure to international research operations and would suit someone who enjoys the operational side of research and panel management.
What they’re looking for
• ~3+ years’ experience working with research panels
• Understanding of market research methodologies and operations
• Strong organisation and operational management skills
• Experience using panel management platforms / tools
• Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
Someone who enjoys working in smaller, collaborative teams and taking ownership of operational processes would do particularly well here.
The Culture
This is a friendly, supportive team led by a highly experienced panel specialist who is passionate about maintaining high-quality panels and strong research standards.
The wider business has a collaborative, content-driven culture, where research sits alongside PR, design and media teams to create impactful insights.
