Are you ready to make a real impact through social research? We’re on the lookout for an Associate Director to join our client for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

In this position, you’ll dive into exciting projects that focus on health and wellbeing, sustainability and climate change, and social inclusion and democratic change.

While you don’t need to be an expert in all these areas, you need to bring enthusiasm for at least one of them.

Your role will involve leading the design, delivery, analysis, and reporting of various research projects. You’ll manage teams on small to medium-sized projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients. Strong management and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be translating complex data into strategic insights that guide clients’ decisions.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about client challenges and identify opportunities for growth. This includes exploring innovations like AI, building partnerships beyond the research sector, and contributing to thought leadership in areas such as behavioural science and participatory research.
