The company:

We’re looking for a talented insight professional, at Associate Director level to join an independent Consumer Insight Agency. It’s a great time to join this agency as they have won a whole host of industry awards including Agency of the Year, Best Commercial Acumen and Best Communications! With a huge range of clients from industries such as grocery, FMCG, fashion, finance, tech, homeware, travel and leisure.

This company is determined to embrace new and innovative research techniques as well as create their own approaches, with the goal of understanding their client consumers inside-out. Their research spans brand innovation, concept/comms/advertising testing, customer closeness & brand strategy.

The role:

They are looking for someone who is comfortable leading and managing mixed methods projects both ad hoc and ongoing. Some more responsibilities will include coaching junior team members on analysis and story writing, qualitative field moderating, adding written value to reports from an AD perspective, writing winning proposals and pitches and growing and maintaining client relationships.

You will be working together with a top team, collaborating with both qual and mixed methods researchers. The company has an amazing culture that reflects through their work.
