Associate Director – Healthcare Research
London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home)

Are you passionate about healthcare research and ready to shape impactful insights that build strong client relationships? Join us as an Associate Director, where you’ll lead complex, multi-country studies for pharmaceutical brands and vaccines using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end research projects, delivering high-quality insights.
- Contribute to innovative proposals and pitch solutions to complex client briefs.
- Mentor and coach your team, fostering growth and excellence.
- Build long-lasting client partnerships as a trusted advisor.
- Support business development efforts across key accounts.
What You’ll Need To Bring:
- Expertise in healthcare research, with a passion for learning and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative/qualitative methods; experience with innovative tools (e.g., AI, social intelligence analytics) is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country studies and build client relationships.
- Leadership experience, including team mentoring and project coaching.
