Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver high-impact research projects, from inception to final reporting, using both quantitative and mixed methods.
- Oversee all stages of the research lifecycle, including designing methodologies, analysis plans, and producing insightful reports.
- Develop and manage key client accounts, ensuring research meets objectives and builds long-term partnerships.
- Lead proposals and business growth, contributing to revenue generation and pricing strategies.
- Mentor and manage team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project delivery meets quality and budget expectations.
- Take accountability for the financial performance and quality of research projects, managing internal teams and external suppliers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in quantitative and/or mixed-method research, including developing research materials and evaluating data to uncover insights.
- Proven track record in managing evaluation projects from design through to completion in a commercial, policy, or third sector environment.
- Expertise in client relationship management and a strong ability to write winning proposals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in line management and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
