We are working with a leading research consultancy who are looking to hire an Associate Director in their Employment and Skills team. In this team, they design, deliver and evaluate policies for very high-profile government departments (HMRC, DWP, DfE, DCMS, MaPS). Recent studies have included assessing the effects of changes to Universal Credit service delivery, free childcare and evaluating the impact of DWP skills programmes.

They are looking for a researcher with experience in mixed method (quantitative and qualitative) research. Any experience with evaluation and social policy projects is a big bonus!

This is a hands on research role where you will design and deliver projects with clients. Alongside this, you will lead high profile studies across the public sector and take an active role in expanding the business through winning proposals and overall business strategy. You will also play a part in developing and line managing the team.
