Join this highly successful Policy and Evaluation Unit as an Evaluation Specialist. Due to growth, they are looking to hire 2 Directors (6+ years experience).
This role sits in their Policy and Evaluation Unit, who work with the UK Government, the EU and international clients to design, deliver and evaluate policies in areas critical to transition to a net zero and climate resilient economy and society. There is an opportunity for someone to step up to lead, grow the team and play a lead role in managing the UK offering.
They are winning and delivering a significant amount of evaluation and impact assessment work. Some of the principal themes they cover are: decarbonisation, clean growth, low carbon innovation and entrepreneurship, circular economy, agricultural transition, climate risk awareness, climate change adaptation, behaviour change and public attitudes.
They are looking for a number of research experts with experience in research and impact evaluation to join and help expand their offering further whilst remaining hands on.
Day to day, you will be responsible for the application of specific qualitative and quantitative research techniques to support impact assessment, policy development, policy research and evaluation. You will also contribute to business development by owning successful proposal and pitches, making a significant impact on the teams growth.
