This is a really exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role, working on high-impact, international research programmes with some of the world’s leading organisations. The work sits within a specialist area of healthcare, but the focus of the role is very much on strategic insight, client partnership and delivering commercially meaningful research.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll take ownership of projects from end to end while also playing a key part in growing client relationships and developing the team.
You’ll be working across a mix of ad hoc and continuous studies, often on multi-country projects, helping clients navigate complex challenges and turning research into clear, actionable insight.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the design, delivery and execution of research projects
• Shaping proposals and contributing to winning pitches
• Acting as a key client contact, building long-term relationships
• Translating complex data into clear, compelling insight and recommendations
• Supporting on account growth and commercial strategy
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Managing multiple projects and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout
This role offers a strong mix of strategic thinking, client exposure and team leadership.
What they’re looking for
• Strong experience across quant and/or qual research (agency side)
• Experience leading complex or multi-country studies
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability
• Confident leading teams and mentoring junior researchers
• Excellent storytelling and insight delivery skills
Nice to have:
• Experience working within healthcare or specialist research areas
• Familiarity with advanced analytics or data tools (SPSS, R, etc.)
• Exposure to AI-enabled research tools
The Opportunity This is a great role for someone looking to:
âś” Step into a more strategic, client-facing position
âś” Work on high-profile, global projects
âś” Develop leadership and team management experience
âś” Be part of a growing, high-performing specialist team
The Culture You’ll be joining a globally recognised insights business known for delivering high-quality, impactful research.
They offer:
• A collaborative and supportive team environment
• Strong focus on learning, development and progression
• Exposure to international clients and projects
• Flexible, hybrid working (3 days in office)
