We are partnering with a leading independent research and analytics agency with over 30 years of experience in the UK. Their team of experts empowers clients to make evidence-based decisions that drive positive change among customers, stakeholders, and wider society across various sectors including government, regulated industries, and commercial sectors.
We are currently seeking a Senior Data Processing Executive to join their Data Solutions team.
This role is crucial in maintaining the agency’s reputation for delivering high-quality data processing solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical proficiency in tools such as Quantum, Forsta/Confirmit, or Merlin, as well as expertise in SPSS and Excel.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Data Processing team in ensuring quality and timely delivery of data across market research studies. You will utilise specialised software to produce data tables, SPSS, and Excel outputs for a wide variety of projects while adhering to data protection policies in line with GDPR requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the transition in Data Solution software and ways of working, support the expansion of Data Solutions capacity through outsourcing and offshoring, and participate in cross-Research leadership meetings as a representative of the Data Solutions team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, consistent delivery of high-quality work within required deadlines, and exceptional client service management abilities. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to multi-task and work on numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
