Director – Brussels

We’re looking for a Director to join a highly successful and well-established UK research consultancy as they expand their global presence.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead their growing Brussels office, backed by a strong client portfolio that includes the FCDO, Home Office, Cabinet Office, British Council, and the EU’s Horizon Europe Programme.

With senior support from the UK, you’ll be part of an integrated team, leading international research projects, driving business growth, and delivering high-impact insights for key clients. If you’re ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and influential consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with the CEO and Partners.
  • Drive new business development, securing and delivering research proposals.
  • Oversee the monitoring of tender platforms and upcoming opportunities for proposals for ad-hoc research studies and call-off contracts/framework agreements.
  • As the business grows, you will help lead expansion for the office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conducting research studies for international organisations (EU institutions, particularly the European Commission, UN agencies, or similar)
  • Expertise in multi-country research projects, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong business development and leadership skills, with the ability to build and grow teams.

Details:
Location: Brussels, Belgium. Flexible and hybrid working

Regular travel to UK office expected for collaboration.
