Director, Behavioural & Communications Team
Location: London (2 days per week)

About the Role
- As a Director in the Behavioural & Communications team, you’ll:
- Lead major client accounts across UK Government, providing trusted strategic counsel.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based research, including campaign evaluation &creative development
- Oversee project design, execution, and outputs, championing innovation and excellence.
- Manage relationships with senior clients, agencies, and partners, driving impactful collaborations.
- Support the leadership of the Behavioural & Communications offer, helping shape team strategy and growth.
What you’ll need
- Expertise in quantitative research methods
- Experience with communications research
- Experience working directly with public sector organisations or in adjacent areas such as local government, utilities, transport etc
- Strong commercial acumen to drive account growth and financial performance.
- Exceptional people management skills to mentor and develop team members.
- A strategic mindset to innovate and enhance our research capabilities.
