This role is with a hugely successful and well-established social research consultancy. They hold the current largest number of contracts with Government departments for evaluation services and are very well known for the breadth and calibre of their research.

This role is in their Employment, Welfare and Skills team. Core clients include HMRC, DWP, DfE, DCMS.

Project examples look at understanding how the welfare system is delivered, understanding the barriers to working, to understanding the impact of tax-free childcare.

We are looking for Directors with experience in Employment, Welfare and Skills policy areas with at least some agency experience.

This role will be leading key accounts, partner relationships and developing business to ensure further growth. They are looking for someone with strong experience in mixed method research and evaluation (process/impact) who is keen for a leadership role within the wider business too.
