The Company
This role is with a world leading healthcare/pharma research division. They tend to win the most interesting and complex projects out there so an opportunity to really diversify your experience across multiple clients as well as work on genuinely interesting projects. The role:
We are looking for a research director who can head up the Syndicated research department!

Specifically looking for experience managing and running syndicated research.

Main responsibilities:

  • Client management and growth of existing clients
  • Identifying, targeting and driving business with new clients
  • Open to therapy area background whether it be immunology, oncology, rare diseases or others, just need strong knowledge on therapy areas
  • Creating new profitable syndicated offerings by listening to client’s unmet needs and determining which new solutions will be relevant and successful in the market
  • Team leadership responsibilities – bonus if you have managed international team members.

The team boasts a great work to life balance as they are a relatively big division. Also there is great progression routes to develop beyond a director.
