Global Insight Manager – Innovation (12-Month FTC)
📍 West London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | c.£65k
A global FMCG business is looking for an Insight Manager to lead innovation insight across international markets on a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a rare opportunity to shape new product development from the very beginning. You’ll play a key role in bringing new ideas to life — leading insight projects that guide decisions from early concept through to final launch.
Working closely with global marketing and research teams, you’ll translate consumer understanding into clear commercial direction, helping ensure innovations resonate with consumers and succeed in market.
The organisation operates in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, so this role suits someone who enjoys turning insight into action and influencing decisions that drive growth.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading innovation research across concept development, product testing and launch readiness
• Partnering with international marketing and R&D teams to shape product pipelines
• Turning consumer insight into clear, commercially focused recommendations
• Managing projects end-to-end with agency partners and internal stakeholders
We’re looking for someone who has:
• 7–8+ years’ experience in consumer insight (FMCG experience ideal)
• Strong innovation research experience (concept and product testing)
• Confidence influencing stakeholders across markets and functions
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to insight
Candidates may come from client-side or agency backgrounds. International experience is helpful but not essential.
