We are working with a global business who are leading innovators in the consumer space. They pride themselves on more than 145 years of success. They are a diverse team of 50000 people worldwide and own some of the most iconic consumer brands including Schwarzkopf, Persil, Loctite, Blonde etc. They are a dedicated business to enriching and improving consumers lives daily through the delivery of innovative and sustainable products and solutions.

The role
The role is part of the CTI leadership team. This is a strategic role where you will lead the delivery of the new Benchmarking program across all consumer categories.

As the Head of R&D Excellence you will lead and coordinate global cross functional teams as well as directly influence stakeholders across the business. You will manage the relationship with research agencies and add value to their work, bringing insights to life to shape a comprehensive Benchmarking program across key products and markets.

This is an incredibly exiting role as you will initiate strategic understanding programs in relevant product categories and embed research findings in the Innovation Strategy of each category!

Requirements

  • Expertise in consumer quantitative research methodologies
  • Relevant experience in CTI methods
  • Experience leading benchmarking programs across consumer categories
  • Experience managing research agencies
  • Experience working in global teams, cooperating and influencing stakeholders
