We’re currently working with an award winning research agency who specialise in the brand, comms and reputation space working with some of the worlds leading companies. 

They’re looking to bring in a new head of reputational research who will be responsible for delivering and developing research services alongside the head of research. This includes ownership of one of the most well known and longest running reputational surveys in the UK!

At this level a key part of your role will revolve around developing long term client relationships and building on existing accounts to help continue their growth in the space. Alongside this you’ll be wriitng proposals, pitching, networking and contributing to thought leadership pieces in their marketing plan to bring in a continuous stream of new work. 

A few key responsibilities;

  • Designing and overseeing rigorous research programmes – multi-audience, multi-market, multi-method
  • Delivering insightful and meaningful reports; providing strategic counsel on implications for brand and reputation
  • Innovating service offerings
  • Leading, mentoring and managing the stakeholder research team

 
It’s a superb role for someone from a mixed method background and knowledge in the reputation space with a keen interest in helping clients navigate the changing landscape of todays markets across a range of sectors from Tech, Utilities, public, consumer, etc.
