The Client:
They’re a much loved global FMCG brand operating in over 150 countries worldwide. They have an extensive product portfolio covering chocolate, sweet treats, gum, candy and more! The business is investing heavily in their brands infrastructure and talent too. They are very flexible with hybrid working.
The Role:
You will have a crucial role in working with the insights team in shaping and advancing consumer-focused insights and strategy.
The skills:

  • Strong grasp of market research methodologies covering both Quantitative and Qualitative research design.
  • Experience with or within the FMCG industry. (Snacking/confectionary is a bonus)
  • Proficient storyteller, capable of conveying insights effectively and in an inspiring manner.
  • Collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
  • Sound conceptual skills, including adaptability in problem-solving approaches, and ability to uncover innovative solutions.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills.
