We are working with a global, market-leading business who is hiring an Insights Manager to join the team. This is a key role in shaping product and commercial strategy, where you’ll lead insight projects end-to-end. You will work independently to uncover customer needs and translate both qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable recommendations across international markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and deliver customer and market research projects (qual & quant)
  • Manage agencies, research panels and insight tools
  • Turn data into commercially relevant insights and recommendations
  • Support new product development and proposition testing
  • Assess and optimise existing product positioning
  • Influence stakeholders and champion the voice of the customer
  • Track market trends and competitor activity

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in market or consumer insights
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Curious, proactive and commercially minded approach
