We are working with a boutique research agency that specialises in public sector, local Government and charity sectors. They work with a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sectors, helping them unlock valuable insights to enhance their services and drive customer satisfaction.

In this role you’ll be developing their qualitative research offering across key markets, particularly in Customer Experience, Environment, Arts and Culture or the Charitable Sector. While experience in these areas is a bonus it’s not required to have these direct sector experiences.

Researchers here are skilled across both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Experience across a wide range of methodologies is ideal. They will expose you to a diverse number of projects which covers a huge spectrum of public sector research, not only developing yourself as a researcher, but leading to an extremely varied and rewarding role.
