We are working with a Creative Research & Strategy agency who have cultivated partnerships with a diverse range of consumer brands. They do strategic, international qual, using experimental methodologies and, because of the international nature of the work, cultural insights projects too.

This agency is genuinely one of the best respected boutiques around, doing a mix of qual and ad hoc quant, solving company’s biggest problems. Projects can be anything from multimarket innovation for Google, brand and innovation for Ford, and strategic advice for PepsiCo & William Grants brands.

They have managed to differentiate themselves by hiring strategic minds and giving great insight and strategic advice, so not only can you be creative in project design and delivery but also strategic in your recommendations.

This role in particular is that lynchpin between senior directors and RE/SRE levels. Someone with the leadership potential and experience to give brilliant thinking but also keen to be the overall client lead on some of these projects to free up director’s time for other things.

This agency offers superb progression (the MD’s both joined as RM’s for example and a lot of people have grown with the business) and this role is really important to them.
